Some ideas on what's happening.

To me is seems anything that sticks below .241 is in danger of resetting in the .18-.20 range. There is potential to break away from this and retest the .27s and up, if BTC makes a move to 37K, but honestly, I'm looking for the WTF dip, buys set from .18-.23s.

Conclusion, we can wait for a better price, its not going to run away and if it does, won't be much.
