XRP - Flag? Pennant? Break out soon?

Ripple - Not the best example of a pennant but the resistance line is pretty clear. Is it a downward trend or could it be an imminent break out?

Pennant still holding. Interesting to see that it's bouncing off the support and resistance lines defined by the pennant.
