So today as we can see, XRP increased to almost 12%, broke out from its wedge with volume, and formed a cup and handle on the 4-Hour timeframe.
What is the catalyst?
The judge of the feud between SEC and ripple, wants documents from the motion, nothing is sealed, so everything is transparent.
Why is this pushing the price of XRP up? Because as we all know, Bill Hinman (former SEC chairman) claims Ethereum is not a security (then why XRP is a security?), Bill Hinman also received millions of dollars from the Ethereum organization, and all this evidence was asked by the judge to be transparently disclosed.
I will not take profit until XRP hits a new all-time high.
