ZIL USDt forming cup and handle bullish bias

On the weekly Binance chart ZIL is forming a cub and handle pattern. It's not formed yet, so based on this pattern only I do not buy jet.
However, on the daily chart:

Holding support
Respecting the trendline
Respecting the EMA 20
Low momentum on the MACD
Building up market structure in to a bullish breakout

I decided to buy at 0,01933
Target around 0,03200 (fib level 0.618)
Stoploss around 0,01704 (previous low support + current ATR)
