This looks at a small window (default 10 bars) in the past, and displays the cumulative sum of

sellers below price + buyers below price - (buyers above price + sellers above price)

This measures the difference between bullish volume (sellers at a loss + buyers in profit) and bearish volume (buyers at a loss + sellers in profit).
