Instructions:
1. Load up a BCH chart from Bittrex, ex. 'BITTREX:BCHABCUSDT' or 'BITTREX:BCHSVBTC' for full chart history
2. Hide original candlesticks
3. Right click the price scale and untick 'Scale Price Chart Only'
