ABCL Update – Holding Long Shares + $5 Calls
ABCL broke out cleanly above the $4.25 base with strong volume and has since consolidated into a new range between $4.38 and $4.51. Price is currently hovering near the VWMA, showing signs of healthy digestion rather than rejection.
I’m holding long from the breakout and added $5 call options at $0.35 premium as a speculative swing. My plan is to ride the momentum if we push through $4.51 with volume, scaling the options if we hit $4.75–$5+. If we drop below $4.38, I’ll monitor closely for signs of weakness. A break under $4.25 invalidates the setup, and I’ll be out.
MACD just crossed bearish, but histogram remains elevated, suggesting we might just be cooling off before another move. No panic yet—volume is quiet, not distributive.
This is a dual-layer trade: shares for structure, calls for velocity. Staying patient and letting price prove the next move.
