Cardano reached bottom of ascending channel?

If bitcoin continues to go sideways or range bound for a while -- I believe that Cardano (and some other alt-coins will possibly pump).
As for Cardano, the closing of the release of Shelley, that will completely decentralise the network + allows holders to process transaction and receive rewards in return.
