1. change the company name from "bank agroniaga" to "bank raya"
2. the company conducts a rights issue. the company plans to issue a maximum of 2.15 billion shares with a nominal value of Rp100 per share which will be offered through the PMHMETD. The number of new shares issued is equivalent to 9.96 percent of the issued and fully paid-up capital of the company on July 31, 2021.
