Price was respecting the declining the descending trendline, however the bullish RSI divergence on daily time frame signaled that bulls are trying to win control of the price action, and the break of trendline and previous lower high confirmed it. Price has defined a higher high and if the bullish momentum sustains we can expect a bullish rally as per Dow theory. Targets are mentioned on the chart.
