Critical level here 16.13. This is now th 4th tap on this resiatnce. Each tap resulted in a drop back to lower uptrending support. Right now is around 12.65. If we do breakout this would be a large move up. Howver seeing we have been getting rejected here so often it might be a better probability of a shorting zone. Just keep in mind if we pop and hold above that could signal a big move up
