As you can see Atom in a very good position in weekly time frame. There is a good support under it in weekly. in 4 hour time frame there is a bullish divergence, if the trend line is broken then it can go for tp1. If you are risky then you can enter now but if you want to take less risk then wait for trend line breakout.
