ATOS will she retrace?

Few things i noticed:

• Volume is thinning out
  
• MACD is curling
  
• ADX higher highs is lower than the former and heading downwards.
  
• DI+ crossed over ADX.
  
• However, StochRSI says its oversold
  

Fundamentally it is driven by the following reasons:

• Has COVID19 Drug candidate.
  
• Low FLOAT: 9.8M shares.
  
  Based from these indicators, I suspect that the best entry is either at SMA20 and the safest is at .382 or .5 retracement. However, it must be confirmed some if no all several indicators:
  1. StochRSI,
  2. ADX or DI
  3. MACD
  
  I do not see any near term catalyst for ATOS so far but if I do I will add in the updates. I have yet to read all the 8Ks
