I just got long in this Cypher pattern.

Noticed that I had broken my trading rules and put on a 15 min trade right before when major news was about to be released. USD, but I have in my rules to exit any 15m trade 15 min before any major financial news is to be released.
I made an error, It was a bad trade, even tough I made 38 pips.
I am re-thinking my strategy taking on trades while at work......
