Head and Shoulder Completion (Speculative)

Watching if BABA completes this Head and Shoulder Formation to hit anywhere from $126 to $130 before reversing again.

To be more clear, I am watching and expecting BABA to "test" between $126 and $130 within the next few weeks. If it doesn't break and maintain support above $130 it should fall in line with the current Head and Shoulder Formation and eventually reverse.
