The price is still in the wide balance range 0252-0361.
Our small balance (0252-0290) was up so we have a bull priority at the moment.
But from level 0351 we saw a bear initiative. It was fixing of previous long positions.
What next? After fixing we will see a new balance phase.
If you have not bought earlier you can try to catch price on 0290 or 0280.
But you must to understand that 0280 is a priority level and if this level will be breakdown, with a high probability we will see a price fall to 0264 or even 0252 (lower level of wide balance).
