good level for long position

i do not believe in overall market rise but i think it's a good level for long position.
i marked the entry point on chart.
the indicator bellow shows oversold so the price is about to go higher for a short time at least
when i say good "level" you should consider candle confirmation. and its a level. it might bounce back up a little lower.
