Is the crash over? Will Bitcoin stay in the 17 months channel?

BTCEUR entered the black channel in 08/2016 and followed it since. The channel was just overshot in November and December of 2018. Recently, BTC/EUR bounced back from its support. Furthermore, BTCEUR somehow held onto the purple trendlines. Will it go back up towards the trendlines?
