Where the money is sitting, IF, IF, IF, we get a rise into my level mentioned above (may take a long time), I'm aiming to sweep the lows of 30K (Minimum),

I see us headed for $20,000 after this is all said and done, maybe lower, I'm now focused on where the 4% are sitting as I identified in my previous Short Setup,

Should I buy now? Price is low, I'm scared, maybe it will drop 10,000 more dollars? If you are scared this is a good thing, because only a few survive in this market, and you want to be on the right side when things get crazy!~
