If you remember in my previous updates I told you the herd is bearish so it will go just the opposite side.
That was a quick pump right there.
Almost no one knew this is coming.
You can see in my previous update I speculated this move to break $7200 level and then $7400, $7600 and then $8300 but not that quick.
Well this is BTC, It never loses the opportunity to surprise you.
NOW WHAT?
Well let's come back to the chart. BTC broke above the important resistance around $7200 + $7400.
The green zones in the chart are the important resistance levels. I expect BTC to retrace to $7450 level and then continue it's rally towards the CME GAP $8300 keeping in mind we need to breach the $200D MA as well. THIS IS MY HALVING TARGET: $8300,
WHAT YOU MUST PAY ATTENTION TO: THE LOWER GREEN TRENDLINE SUPPORT, As long as we hold this trendline I expect the prices to go to the upside. The breakdown will be bad, UNLIKELY but possible.
BTC also broke above the maroon trendline resistance as you see in the chart.IF THE DAILY CLOSES ABOVE THE 7460 level I expect it to reach to the 200D MA Level soon which is $7992.
The important Resistance levels are drawn in the chart, please observe closely.
Most important support right now is the black horizontal trendline, $7377.
Although I am holding my bitcoins and still avoiding margin trading. I am done with that quick scalping trade. Not taking anymore. Just looking at some potential altcoins. Will let you know soon.
IN A NUTSHELL, 17 DAYS LEFT FOR THE HALVING and I EXPECT POSITIVE PRICE ACTION IN BTC.
