Nothing is changed still

You can see from the chart that nothing is changed
Bitcoin needs to break up the broadening wedge
Then there is a strong resistance at $28k level
To say that we are exiting from bear market need consolidation in $30k then volume increasing
In other case bitcoin will fall again looking for the bottom
