BTC has finally retraced the 0.618 FIB of entire 2017 bull run, from $753 low to $19'891 high. So far the fib support has held up but with more bad news like Tether hanging over it, there's a chance we still might go lower. Weekly RSI is also completely reset and is testing 50 RSI for the first time after September 2015 as shown by the blue arrows. So far remaining neutral but possibility of reversing here if fib support holds.
