Bullish Cypher on BTC

The chart no one is paying attention to but it may be the correct call. I have Bitcoin close to completing a cypher pattern around $16900. Also the hash ribbons has flashed a buy signal a few days back + divergence on RSI. We'll see what happens. DYOR
