BTCUSD... another weak up move ???

hi.the market seems weak but if buyers appears again we can see the price at 9500 levels.
let me explain...
this chart is in 4 hours time frame. as you can see a bearish flag left top of the chart there is a possibility that a new flag can appear at the right bottom. also there is a bullish divegence at the end. if so a jump to 9500 levels may be waiting for us. then the lowest target may be 5300 levels.
