BTC still short in 4hrs candle to reach support

BTC still need to go one more level down untill possibly be ready for revers. but should see the reaction to the target 1 first. why I am saying might not be able to reverse? because we have big fundamental news that can possibly kill 10-100 million people in the next 6months. and most of dead people will be old people which are the most wealthy/ powerful people of the world as well! This big fundamental news can effect everything.
