Retrace before the last leg down
In the macro we should be doing an ending diagonal.
That means this move up would be a wave 4 and, in diagonals, it MUST overlap wave 1 which bottomed at the red line of my chart.
Matching that with our fib targets we have a potential reversal towards wave 5 between 20.75-21.12.
