caplin lab is out of Falling Wedge pattern in monthly charts

Huge falling from July 2017 to Jan 2020 as high as 780 to as low as 280. Its making a new pattern now, Considering falling rsi and selling volume . Got to see if it makes new pattern of break out or break down .
