Corn Bearish 2618 and Bat Pattern Confluence

Corn has been strong but I like the idea to short here! It appears indicators will agree with this as well. Let me know what you think.

For people who trade the bat pattern: do you personaly consider this a valid set-up even though the X point is not at the very top of the bearish move?
