Casper is a blockchain layer 1 provider who has many new projects coming on top of it. It's fast secured and one of the best newcomers in this space. Price is in a consolidation zone for a while and I expect it to break out soon from this range. Targets are given on the chart. Always hold a moonbag behind because the marketcap is just above $300million , which is low compared to other layer 1 foundations.
