DBA was at its peak at around 44 dollars in Feb 2008 and for the next 12 years, it has been heading south. We are now near to the bottom , support at 13.15 and if the price breaks out of the bearish trend line , around 13.59 to 14.00, I would consider taking a long position.
The Covid-19 has caused much havoc into the global supply chain and food security in every countries is one issue that keep the politicians and government officials awake at night. The producers , more than before will have an advantage in the prices and adverse climate condition that affects the crop yields will only exacerbate the demand and supply issue.
