DowJ Looking to fall Dec. 31 2019 and bounce starting 2020

DowJones is aiming u to fall roughly 250 points Dec. 31 2019, before the new year. Volatility Index (VIX) is screaming for new highs, sending the bears to eat up, and giving the bulls for room to take profit.
