I'm not sure where doge really going. I think we're still in no. 2 phase. RSI spiked up after getting out of oversold area could mean still need to stabilize (unlike 1st phase which had no market).

But we can also be in spring time like 3rd phase.

Don't know about fundamental thing, or if there's anything at all to be updated, or added.
