Accumulation taking place in DOGEBTC

DOGEBTC seems to be in an accumulation mode since the past week. Accumulation volumes are way higher than the MA.
Weekly MACD has just turned bullish and RSI seems to be reaching oversold region.
A drop in bitcoin price could see doge going up.
