DPIH VCP SETUP IN PROGRESS

DPIH is forming VCP with contraction below:

C1: -29%
C2: -15%
C3: -11%
C4: -?

Based on prediction, i believe there will be one more contraction with less than 10% before it fully breakout and take off.
