DXY- Top in or next move up coming?

With the breakdown last year the dollar traded back in the channel that started 2008
It tested it in sept/oct last year and is busy testing a break-up again.
Which will it be?


My personal view is that it will retrace from these levels and it is to be seen if it will go test the lows
