S&P 500 (ES1) break out above trading channel -hit 0.768 fib ext

Running hot with a lot of FOMO/MOMO this morning. Slight breakout above the trading channel and touched the 0.768 ext off the correction low. Not sure what this means. Are we going to keep melting up or is this a exhaustion gap?
