ETH: look to reject 1380 for a lower high

ETH has established bearish market structure. If it breaks 1400 I'll look to long. Otherwise, my plan is for it to make a lower high by rejecting its previous support at 1380, then continue down to demand at 1200-1210.

From a wave count perspective this would make a zig zag with a 5-3-5 count.
