ETH making a HH HL patern

We are seeing a Higher High and Higher Low pattern in the 4h chart on ETH.
TA would say it is in an uptrend making a HH and the next buy zone would be around the Higher Low as seen in the chart and prediction will be a new ATH developing soon after.
