Quick and straightforward idea. Don't enter this if you are worried about a loss. This risk-to-reward scenario works well for me, and I am willing to take that loss. Firstly you typically wouldn't open a short here but wait for a break in the structure. BB is tightening. We can expect a move to the up/ downside. I am mindful of buy volume, which seems to be gaining momentum. We can see a move to $3070 before moving back downwards or continuing forward. I have my TP on the chart set up, and I also understand that the price can continue higher at any point. I will raise my stops for-profit if given the opportunity. Seem to be forming lower highs and higher lows since support on the LTF, so I am keeping an eye out for a move to the upside.

Pay attention to the close on the 1hr. If we don't break below support within the next hour or two, I may cut my position, forming an H&S (head and shoulders pattern). The head will have developed adequately at approximately $3000, which means we can expect a move as high as $3090 before deciding the next move. I will play this scenario if possible, but I may be busy.

Raised stop for-profit @ $3025 because of leverage, and it suits my scenario. Also, check the 1min Time frame to establish a range and potentially take some scalps. I would not be surprised if we test the top of range again. However, the third tap is not ideal for me.
The idea is to establish a range try a long at the bottom/short at the top if it suits your thesis. Take profit on the way up because nothing is guaranteed.

Bulls are seriously out here fighting at all costs as if they're DONE with DXY.
New S/L $3040. The time frame is botched unless we have two Chadnormous candles to the downside, but the idea is still valid.
Take profit and raise S/L for-profit is the safer play.

This idea is invalid stop broke even (without fees). This is a perfect example of why we should raise our stops in profit. We had several opportunities since our entry to take profit and raise our stop for-profit. I am currently building a short position here
