On H4, the downward trend starts on December 22 at EURCAD. In its last part, the trend expanded and made a more impulsive movement.
Last week, however, we saw a very strong rise, which broke the trend line and made a higher peak. This allowed us to see a reversal of the trend.
To confirm that an uptrend has started, we need to see a break of the previous peak and the resistance around 1.5500
This will allow us to see a rise to
1.5608
and
1.5662
