Since my call for profit taking on shorts (pls see link below), EURCAD extended its correction further
Daily:
- Heikin Ashi candles are green with no lower wicks. haDelta/SMA bullish cross above zero line, HACO bullish
- MACD bullish cross confirms correction
- Price can reach 1,3850-1,3950 bearish support. There we can start looking for new sell signals again.
4H:
- Ichimoku setup turns bullish on this lower time frame. By now both tenkan and Kijun is above Kumo. Chikou SPan cross above past Kumo can gove further confirmation.
- DMI is bullish with increasing ADX
- Heikin Ashi setup is firm bullish
