The 50% if the 2 previous candles since they are an order block (OB), it is considered as a previous support (if you look left), turns resistance once the market has retested that levell.
Should the TA has been activated it will have a DD of 13 pips based on the OB before it reverses, once it has broken above the double top then it will hit the TP. :)
