EUR/USD 30M - As you can see price has trailed back up into a Supply zone that I deem as valid. This Supply zone was found by looking inside the initial impulsive wave that broke structure the downside.
Once we see price penetrate this zone we can start to look for signals that price is ready to reverse as enough supply had been introduced to push the market lower.
The signals we can look for could be breaks in structure as this as we know confirms the end to one trend and the start of a new one. Once we have that confirmation, we wait for the pullback we need and we execute our positions.
