From the TA perspective I expect for USD to recover a little bit, at least short term. Since the end of September EUR rises and USD lost around 10%. FED announced that rates could slow down and we can expect for investors to go back and put money to stock market, which can couse USD goes down more, but for short term I think we can see $$$ jump.
