As you can see in number 1 area,price was trying to break this level but it failed.Price is just go out of BB band in 1D time frame so we expect falling in 1D chart.But if we check lower time frames,we understand that price will rise to level1 fibo and also oscillators prediction is buy + we have a strong buy in MA(20-50-200). You can enter the market with bullish candles confirmation.
