Lets assume my prediction for price action pans out and follows the purple lines (even if it doesn't hit those, the lesson is still the same)..

Notice the gap from the buy at ~52c and sell at ~2.10 approx, that is over a time period of about 2 days, then there is about 10 days of sideways action with a top/bottom happening about halfway through each period.

**The trick is trying to find where these areas will be, and trusting you're analysis once done - trust your first instinct, and once you set a trade, set SL/TP and LEAVE IT ALONE!!**

I DON'T TRADE THESE SIDEWAYS DAYS!...Unless using margin and leverage, and if so, being very very careful!

Point is, if you go bigger, less often, this is what is called Swing trading, as opposed to Day Trading, per sey, where multiple positions will typically be closed in a single day, trades ranging from minutes to hours. Swing trades last days and weeks sometimes, or longer. You pull profits less often, put more up at a time, but the profits are super sweeet sauce! We start to get to the line between "trading" and "investing" once you are thinking in 3 month chunks or more...Q1, Q2 etc.. anyways. I digress. Happy trading, cheers,
