Fubo Long and Questions

Fubo has been an interesting look, I have been looking at it all day and it seems that 23 is rock bottom. It has had stable growth all throughout the day and looks like it could reach the first target of 32 and then 38. What do you guys think? I am aware that the lockup expired the 31st or around there but I have read news about a second lockup expiry on the 7th is that true?
