UPDATE: flat looks complete, should trade higher

Forex commodities pair looks ready to turn lower.
My last count suggested a move lower for this pair,
but one has to remember that a completed flat always
should produce more upside.

So most likely is that the market is in bigger wave 3.
Min target 2.10. Possible inveted h&s.
