Still waiting; it looks like upward move is favoured, but we need close above the zone, before I will jump in.

Upward move activated, but I expect a retracement to 1.9306 region; once the price comes to that region, I will buy, and take it from there. Note that NFP is in few hours, may mess up the plan.
