Advantages of using Supply and Demand zones as a beginner

When starting you trading journey- One mistake beginners make is relying 100% on Resistance and support (TrendLine). TBH this exposes you to higher risk on incoming manipultions.
IMO i think you should only depend on lines if you've mastered the art of trading liquidity.
